On Saturday the kids and I went to my mom and dad's for a valentine party. Two of my brothers and their families were there, as well as Ty of course. At 14 it's pretty hard to get out of family things. I meant to bring my camera but forgot it as I was in a rush to get every thing ready to go. so no pictures. Sorry. Anyway it was very fun, and the kids racked in the candy!
On Sunday Ethan woke up at about 7:30 am, and came out into the family room where I was feeding Caleb. He looked all around the room, threw his arms down to his sides and said,"I missed my daddy again!" I said no son today is Sunday. Daddy is home today. He got so excited and ran into our bedroom to find his dad. It's so cute how much he loves his daddy!
I believe it was either Thursday of Friday of last week. Rachel and I were talking, I don't recall how we got on the subject of loosing hair. I told her that daddy was loosing his hair on the top. She got all worried and said no he's not! I told her she could look on top of his head when he got home from work, and she would see it's almost gone. Her little eyes filled with tears and she ask if it was going to grow back. I told her that once it was gone it doesn't grow back. Well that sent her over the edge and she cried about that for a good 10 min. I told her that it doesn't matter if daddy looses his hair, he is still the same daddy and he loves her very much. That helped a little.

Family prayers

Last night was Rachel's turn to say the family prayer. I was helping her say it when my brain had a hiccup! I said we are thankful that Paka could come over, come, over, come over. Rachel being a good girl said the same thing as many times as I did. Well that set Matt off trying to laugh quietly. I made the mistake of looking at him and started to have hystericks as quietly as I could. Only I was laughing so hard(quietly) that poor Matt had to help her finish the prayer. She couldn't figure out why we were laughing so hard when the prayer was over bless her heart.
Earlier in the day I was on Facebook and was going to hit my sister in-law in a pillow fight. Rachel asked me what I was doing, so I told her. She started to cry and said, "I don't want you to hurt Aunt Angela." I tried to explain that It wasn't realy going to hit her, but she didn't quite understand. Kids are sooo precious!

Matt's back to work!

Matt got a call from the union yesterday wanting to know if he could go back to work with the same company that he was laid off from. I guess they finally realized that they let too many people go the the amount of work they had. So he started back today! We are so excited!!
